Welcome to the Salish Kootenai College Scholarship Application Homepage.

The SKC Undergraduate Scholarship is now OPEN! Please login/signup to apply. It will take you to the General Application to apply for the Scholarship.* The Fall quarter deadline is September 28th, 2026 at 11:59pm MST.*

Below you will find a list of scholarship qualifications (Do not apply if you are ineligible). If you do not meet these qualifications and have questions, please email scholarships@skc.edu or contact the SKC Institutional Advancement office for more information. To apply for the general Undergraduate SKC Scholarship, you must first sign up using your SKC student email. If you do not have one, please contact the “help desk” to receive one. You will select “login with google”. Make sure you are already logged into your email on your computer for the system to register your email. You will then have the opportunity to complete the general application.

To be eligible for the SKC Scholarship, you must meet these eligibility requirements:

Full-time undergraduate student (at least 12 credits) at Salish Kootenai College.
*Must *NOT be on Financial Aid Suspension.
*Must have a financial need of at least $500 (as determined on your Financial Aid Needs Analysis from SKC Financial Aid Office).
*Minimum CUMULATIVE GPA of at least 2.0 based on your most recent transcript (college or high school). (Cumulative means “OVER ALL” GPA not quarterly GPA)

• Please Note: 2 reference letters are required to submit a completed application so request them now as they take time to be written well. Pick someone who knows you, your goals and your character. (No family members.) Letters must be signed, dated within the last 6 months, and detailed to receive full points. Letterhead is a plus.

I did not want to confuse or raise expectations as we have 59 scholarship pots that vary in available funding and are split between Fall and Winter Cycles.
